insight into the effective management of overweight and obesity in type 2 diabetes.

able to appropriately assess the need for, and initiate, insulin therapy.
• Be
able to apply the new recommendation for self-monitoring of blood glucose in
non-insulin using type 2
diabetes
through the application of the new provider decision tool.
