The DCPNS will soon release provincial guidelines entitled Blood Pressure Monitoring and Education Through Nova Scotia Diabetes Centres. These guidelines were developed by the DCPNS Best Practice Committee and approved by our Board of Directors and Department of Health. They will be disseminated to all Nova Scotia Diabetes Centres (DCs) and District administrators in the coming weeks. Emphasis has been placed on standardized measurement, recording, and reporting.
