The DCPNS Managing Hypertension Education Module is available for Nova Scotia Diabetes Centres (DCs) interested in offering this module in their DC or other community-based setting. The binder includes transparencies of the presentation, CD-Rom with PowerPoint slides, notes, suggested patient handouts, and sample community resources materials. This module is an integral component of our provincial blood pressure monitoring and education guidelines and will assist in DCs in delivering community-based interventions.
